What this platform is
tamilnaduvillas.in is operated by Tamil Nadu Villas. It lists property for sale, and connects people planning to build with our construction service and verified execution partners. We are an intermediary and a service provider — not a party to any property transaction between a buyer and a third-party seller unless we are the named seller.
Listing accuracy
We review listings and physically inspect "Engineer Verified" properties before publishing, but property details can change — price, availability and exact specifications should always be confirmed directly with us before you make any purchase decision. We do not warrant that every detail on every listing is current.
Posting a property
If you post a property, you confirm you have the legal right to sell or rent it, that the information and photos you provide are accurate, and that you consent to our team reviewing and, where relevant, inspecting the property before it is published. We may decline, edit, or remove a listing at our discretion — for example if it duplicates an existing listing, contains inaccurate information, or violates these terms.
Construction quotes
Submitting a quote request is not a contract. Cost estimates shown on this site — including the calculator results — are indicative ranges, not fixed quotations. A binding price is only what you separately agree in writing with Tamil Nadu Villas or a partner contractor. See our construction cost pages for the specific disclaimer on each estimate.
Acceptable use
- Don't post a listing for a property you don't have the right to sell or rent.
- Don't scrape, resell, or bulk-extract listing data without our written permission.
- Don't use contact details revealed through the site for unsolicited marketing.
- Don't attempt to circumvent our moderation, verification, or lead-consent flows.
Liability
We take reasonable care in verifying listings and matching construction leads, but we are not liable for a third party's conduct — a listing owner, buyer, or partner contractor — outside our direct control. Always complete your own due diligence, including the document checks listed on every property page, before any transaction.

We may update these terms as the platform grows. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.
