Does the estimate include land cost or approvals?

No. The calculator estimates structural and finishing construction cost only. Land cost, corporation/DTCP/CMDA approval fees, borewell drilling, and EB connection charges are excluded and vary by plot and locality.

What is the difference between Standard, Premium, and Luxury tiers?
